FAQ's

How does it work?
At roughly the same time each day I will come to your reception/kitchen/office where you are able to make your purchase. I will stay for as long as is needed for everyone to make their purchases. If you pre ordered something I will have kept it aside and I can give it to you at this time as well.

Do I have to pre order?
You don’t have to pre order although if you want to make sure you get what you want you can let me know the day before or order online before 2pm. If you pre order something I will keep it aside for you.

Is the food healthy?
All of the food is made fresh daily with premium products. The meat is cooked on site and seasonal fruit and veggies are used. No butter or margarine is used. The chicken is Skinless steamed chicken breast.

When is the food prepared?
The chefs are up at the crack of dawn to prepare all of the food fresh daily. All of the food is delivered daily as well.

What time will you come?
I will endeavour to come at the same time each day between 9.30 am and 2pm. If you have a preferred time please send an email to info@thebitecyclecafe.com.au

Is the food hot or cold?
The food is cold which means you can eat it whenever you like, or heat the meals when you are hungry. Be careful not to over heat the food.

Do you use margarine or butter?
No. There is no butter or margarine in any of the sandwiches or baguettes.
